A Letter from Ana

I hope your summer has been filled with family fun in the sun, cookouts and vacations. As the end of summer fast approaches, it’s time to get serious, refocus and get a handle on our nutrition. I would like you to consider raising your standards for yourself. Our focus will be on improving eating habits, water, veggies, lettuce and supplements.

Getting to the finish line can be difficult and once there then most difficult is working on maintenance, I know that personally. Remember maintaining will be a commitment for life for all of us.

If you started IP and did not finish or if you are on maintenance and need a tune-up, this is the perfect time to re-commit. Please do not be ashamed or embarrassed to come back to see us. We will not judge you, we will listen and help you get back on track.

Please remember that weight gain is natural for the body and weight loss is an unnatural process this is why it is SO DIFFICULT to lose and maintain. It is normal to gain 5-10 pounds but there is a limit and when you see the weight getting out of your control please get back to see us ASAP, so that those 5-10 pounds don’t turn in to 20+ pounds.
