Ideal Protein Pancake Mix

Chicken Francine

  • 2 chicken breasts (cut into 2 inch strips or leave whole)
  • 1 packet of Ideal Protein Pancake Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lemon
  • 1-2 cups of chicken broth
  • 3-4 garlic cloves chopped fine

Preheat oven to 300°F.  Coat casserole dish with olive oil spray. Dip chicken in egg, and then roll in IP Pancake Mix (shake in a bag or coat in a bowl). Brown chicken, add to casserole dish, then cover with chicken broth, lemon and garlic on top. Place in oven, bake on 300 for 20 mins. for strips, 40 mins, for whole breast.

Chocolate Zucchini Milkshake

Chop up whole, unpeeled zucchini and steam until soft. Puree in a blender without adding any liquid and freeze it in ice cube trays. To make the milkshake, add 7 frozen zucchini cubes (1 cup of frozen zucchini puree), half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a heaping teaspoon of cocoa, 1/8 tsp of stevia, a packet of IP Chocolate Drink Mix, and 6oz. of water. (adjust the water to change the consistency if you like your shakes thick or thin).

  • 1 packet Ideal Protein Macaroni and Cheese
  • 1/4 c. broccoli
  • 1/4 c. cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp. egg whites

Prepare IP Mac and Cheese as directed. Lightly sauté vegetables. Mix vegetables into IP Mac and Cheese along with egg whites. Add to small baking dish. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
