Yoga has been proven to have many benefits, including increased flexibility, better cardio health, and even weight loss!
We offer two types of yoga:
- Yoga Hatha: Poses and breathing technique. Goals are to develop flexibility and balance with breathing with over the movements.
- Yoga Vinyasa: Weight Loss fairly fast paced style, lunging, bending and stretching. Goals are to develop strength and balance (burn about 7 kcal per min.)
All yoga techniques are all IP Phases friendly! Classes are held at our Gaithersburg clinic every Wednesday from 7 – 8 PM. No registration is needed – just show up and tell the instructor you’re there for your yoga class!

- 8 Classes: $56 ($24 in savings)
2 Month Package (Valid for 60 days*)
- 12 Classes: $78 ($42 in savings)
- 16 Classes: $96 ($64 in savings)
*Classes not used in 30 days will expire.
